We welcome you to (E-BROKERAGE) – one of the services provided by (Monon Real Estate Corporation), and we are pleased to inform you of the terms and conditions agreement in your legal capacity and any other policies or controls for benefiting from the service, and to protect and preserve the rights of both (Monon Real Estate) and the users who They benefit from the services of (E-BROKERAGE) whether they are registered members or visitors.
You represent and warrant that you are legally competent to enter into this Agreement in accordance with all terms and conditions contained herein. Your continued use of (E-BROKERAGE) is considered your acceptance of any change in the terms and conditions.
Definitions:
- (Monon Real Estate):
It is an individual institution licensed to provide brokerage, real estate marketing, and property management services. - (E-BROKERAGE):
It is one of the services of (Monon Real Estate) through which real estate offers are presented and marketed to the (Users). - (User):
It is the real or legal person, whether a registered member, advertiser, or visitor, who has agreed to use (E-BROKERAGE) to benefit from the services provided by the platform. They are collectively referred to in this agreement as (Users).
General provisions:
The terms of this agreement are subject to all regulations, legislation and instructions in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the regulations approved by the General Real Estate Authority, and the terms and controls of the General Real Estate Authority for publishing real estate advertisements. The user must also adhere to these conditions and acknowledge that he has viewed, read and understood the terms and controls of the General Authority. Your access to (E-Brokerage) also constitutes full, unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions, and your continued use of (E-Brokerage) after the issuance of any amendment means your complete acceptance of all amendments. Therefore, it is your responsibility to constantly read the terms and conditions, so that everything is valid. It responds to your transactions on (E-Brokerage).
User obligations:
When you use (E-Brokerage), or any of the services of (Monon Real Estate), you acknowledge and commit to the following:
- You’re legal to be part of this Agreement in accordance with all terms and conditions contained herein.
- You are using the service (E-Brokerage), or any of the services of (Monon Real Estate) by yourself, and have not given anyone other than your access to your personal account, and you bear all the legal consequences resulting from that.
- By using (E-Brokerage), or any of the services of (Monon Real Estate), and when completing marketing deals or renting various types of real estate units advertised in it, you pledge before God and acknowledge your legal financial entitlement to the amount of (650 Saudi riyals), which is the fees for using the site. It has the right to take all legal and regulatory measures before the competent authorities to preserve its financial and legal rights.
- The information and data you entered are true and accurate, and if proven otherwise, you will bear the legal consequences of the error in the information you entered.
- That all documents on which your application is based on (E-Brokerage), or any of the services of (Monon Real Estate), are legally sound; It is not the subject of any dispute or action before judicial authorities and other public or private bodies.
- You are aware of the provisions and legal implications resulting from implementing the services provided by (E-Brokerage), or any of the services of (Monon Real Estate).
- (E-Brokerage), or any of the services of (Monon Real Estate), has the right to share advertising data to which it is a party; His information and the information of the real estate document are complete, without exception, to any government agency if requested to do so, and that the user (E-Brokerage) has no right to claim any compensation or right arising from the publication of the information mentioned in this clause in any way.
- (E-Brokerage) does not bear any legal consequences arising from the relationship between you and the parties to the transaction, and each of you is responsible towards the other.
- Regarding the disposition of real estate, buying, selling, or renting, you declare that before completing any disposition through (E-Brokerage) that you have inspected the property and reviewed its specifications, and that you are aware of its price in a way that denies ignorance and deception.
- By including any advertisement, you acknowledge and understanding of the regulations in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia regarding real estate transactions legislation and the controls for real estate advertising established and approved by the General Real Estate Authority in this regard, and this does not entail any responsibility on (E-Brokerage), or any of the services of (Monon Real Estate), if the advertisement violates any of these controls and legislation.
- You acknowledge that your use of (E-Brokerage) is in your personal capacity, “(property owner),” or on behalf of a person you have the right to represent. Do not use (E-Brokerage) in the capacity of any person whom you do not have the right to represent.
- Ensure the accuracy of all information entered by you, whether it is user information or advertising information via (E-Brokerage), or any of the services of (Monon Real Estate).
- Do not share any information that you do not have the right to publish or share.
- Do not copy and republish any content contained in (E-Brokerage), or any of the services of (Monon Real Estate) and share it on other sites without the consent of the content owner.
- You bear the responsibility of verifying the details of any content published on (E-Brokerage), or any of the services of (Monon Real Estate), verifying it, and ensuring its authenticity, and you bear the responsibility of seeking the assistance of any technical specialist or obtaining legal advice before committing to any process.
- Pay all fees incurred, if any, for your use of paid services on (E-Brokerage), or any of the services of (Monon Real Estate) when due.
- All government requirements and obligations apply to you, and you obtain all the licenses required to benefit from the services of (E-Brokerage), or any of the services of (Monon Real Estate).
- Do not use any means to violate the terms and conditions of (E-Brokerage), or any of the services of (Monon Real Estate), or to bypass the applicable preventive measures.
- Do not publish, distribute or upload any ethically inappropriate materials or any illegal content or information.
- Not to post any fictitious, speculative, false, inaccurate, misleading, deceptive, defamatory or libelous content or materials.
- Not to violate copyrights, trademarks, patents, advertising, databases, or other proprietary or intellectual rights owned by (Monon Real Estate) or any of its services.
- Bear all legal and criminal liability resulting from any violation of this agreement, or any damages arising from claims resulting from your misuse of (E-Brokerage), or any of the services of (Monon Real Estate).
